
Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies are dense, soft cookies, they are an easy and delicious one bowl recipe to make. I am sure you will appreciate these simple cookies, they are perfect with tea or coffee!

Yield: 12 cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups blanched almond flour
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chip
6 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 tablespoons softened butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup milk (use as needed)
Steps:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and keep aside.
2. In a medium bowl, mix the almond flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk in small portions as needed to make a soft dough.
3. Scoop dough and drop balls of cookies dough about 2 tablespoons (I used an ice cream scoop) on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the edges are a light golden brown and the cookies set.

5. Remove from the oven and cool for 10 -15 minutes on the baking sheet. Transfer cookies to a cooling rack and cool completely.
